Set Starting Weights
These exercises have no logged history. Set a starting weight before you begin.
New lifter? Start with the empty bar (20 kg) on Squat, Bench and OHP.
Use 40 kg on Deadlift and 30 kg on Barbell Row so you can set it down between reps.
Some experience? Pick a weight you could do for 10 reps and do 5x5 with it.
If the first workout is too easy, add more weight next session.
